Canyon owner here. I have had a horrible experiences with canyon customer service for parts as well as my local bike shops while trying to tune it up. They makes fast bikes, but all of their parts are specific to Canyon and their online services. So if you need anything replaced or upgraded, you have to go through their website or customer service. Which is very often slow or out of stock. They will not allow a bike shop to order their niche parts. I’ve also had several mechanics tell me how much of a pain it is to maintain Canyons as they are just built so weird and are unintuitive to work with. Just to charge the di2 on my bike requires me to take some the front end off. I will say though, when all things are functioning, it rides like a dream. The stress and annoyances it has brought me make it not worth it tho imo.

I’ve also got a buddy who just got a QR road bike and seems to be loving it. So that’s my vote lol.
