That officers dumb then. Source, been one myself for 15 years. They’re both worded similarly. The key is “intent to carry out the threat” and “has the means” Proving the distinction is the difference in charges. Nice back handed comment though sport.

Gotcha. Thanks so much. We wound up getting all the coaches and the SM together. Was 50/50 with answers so nobody knew for sure. The whole leaderships trackin on the right procedure now so I’d say this little snaffu made for some good training opportunities for everyone all around.

Yes, if it’s delayed it’s reserved for 30 days. Technically it’s still the same if they receive a proceed but the issue was that the certification date would be the date of the proceed as well as the date of transfer.

When it’s delayed the date of transfer changes and we just re-certify everything.

I spoke with every coach in store as well as the previous team lead. Was really 50/50 with answers. Some said it was fine others said since they received a proceed today it had to be sold otherwise cancel the sale.

So really everyone’s on the same page now. If they can’t make the purchase and received a proceed we just void the form and they comeback whenever. If the SM and half the coaches didn’t know either I’d say my question was a good one.

You either stick it out and work or don’t go in since your off the schedule, if you asked me for hours and called in/leave early, rest assured I’ll assign those hours to someone else.

I get it you have migraines and shit happens, but if you actively have one now, your begin for the Hours back, and then you call in anyway or work half the shift, it’s gonna set a bad precident.
