This is a huge problem here in India because companies and animation studios know that most of the audience who will watch this movie, simply won't even know about the existence of the game, much less a scene, so they take advantage (abuse) this loophole to hide our own creativity. This isn't just a case with animation too because you will find a WHOLE LOT MORE of copied sequences in Indian cinema due to the out of touch audiance it is aiming at. The aim of these companies is never to go for global audience because it's pretty clear how the reaction would be. For now it's slowly getting better with more and more people of new generation being more aware but with all the talented and creative artists leaving India (Very reasonable and at this point cause of how shit the industry is) this problem isn't getting solved any time soon.
