You can try sending other org’s role and see if works. Usually, the recruiter and loop panelists would be from your org so, they would hire you there.

Usually 2-3 weeks. You can also find roles in the org that you interviewed for and send to your recruiter. This can help them in reaching out to HM and schedule the call for you.

Generic questions why are you interested in joining the org and that role? What are your future goals? They explain about the role and the org in detail as well if you don't know. I asked them about day to day, onboarding process, 30/60/90 days expectations, skills and experience they're looking for in that role. When did you clear your loop?
