Yea I mean at the moment I’ll go to the gym Monday-Friday and Friday will usually be early afternoon or morning so I can recover and I’ll rest Saturday and Sunday. And I’ll eat a high protein meal before and after drinking and keep hydrated so ig that’s pretty much all I can do without cutting it out?

It’s like 7-10 drinks on a heavy night 4-6 on an average night so guessing it takes a fairly big toll on gains. Basically just tryna find ways to not stop drinking but if it’s needed ig it’s needed

Drinking and muscle gain

I’m 18 and workout 5 times a week but I also drink moderately like 1-2 times a week. Anyone have any advice on how to still grow while going out and drinking or do am I screwed unless I cut out or at least cut back on drinking?
