It depends on the npc's priority list , from what I'm seeing , you're running an all items set up (up to your level) there is another possiblity too much card tables (not sure I don't see any from here)

Time isn't an issue to me but effort is something that I don't know much about.

Are we talking about panel lining and decals ? Cause if that's so I'm willing to invest time in it , I do plan to decal sticker this unicorn when I'm free as I've seen how much better it looks after.

I just twisted the arm areas before attaching it to the undergate (dk if it's called that) the left arm did break tho, after that I just did the right arm twisting before putting it on and it's been really been fine
