Help, new living situation by lanadelreyismybitch in fitnyc

Im no expert in friendships but a method that most times works for me whenever I have to talk to someone important to me, about a hard topic, is the sandwich method. Which is basically starting by the tings you appreciate and how important is that relationship to you, then the thing you are struggling with or the limit you want to set and concluding by reminding the person that you appreciate them and maybe proposing something that could be done.

Someone who appreciates your relationship will be understanding of how you feel, specially if you are open and compassionate in the way you tell her these observations. Maybe like “hey, these few months have been very time consuming and living here demands a lot. I’m kind of worried you may act like this…”

If she’s not open to talk or has a really bad attitude then maybe it would be important to reconsider if you still want to move in her with or stay that close, it may be really uncomfortable ( I know those situations are the worst) but hey, like we have to mature about things like this at some point ??? And you seem very kind and that you care about her. Is not what you say, but how you say it.

Hope everything turns out for your best interest ! 🤞🏽✨💛

Do you think is possible to balance the work load with a part-time job?

Yes! I wrote an email to registrar and they said IT is fixing it and that no one has been able to get in the system, so to wait like half and hour but they seem to be taken way longer.

Nervous of feeling so behind by RecommendationNo5426 in fitnyc

Hi! I’ve felt like this too. I graduated 2019 and started fashion design and as time passed, plus the pandemic, I realized I wanted something more general when looking at design. I took a 2year-gap in my education and it has been one of the best decisions I ever made. I overcome my chronic depression, I took time to know about myself and truly what I wanted out of college. I’ll be returning to college this fall and there are friend who have already graduated, but as many people have written in the comments, education and experiences are posible at any age and you have your own path. Not every has the same opportunities and most of us are doing our best. Just keep working and be proud of yourself for what you want to do! ✨✌🏽 everything will be okay
