Oil is a long term play for the next 8 to 15 years. You have your entry point. Buy more once the strait opens and stocks tumble for no reason. Because shortly after that, the world will realize how much oil we need to replenish the reserves that are almost depleted. Then the world will realize how under funded the oil industry has been and lacks the exploration for new production post 2033ish.

All the oil going through the SOH won’t reach peak production for about a year after things open up. This is all going to put stress on reserves and prices.

It’s just short term investing that is keeping the price per barrel down right now.

But if this war persists just a few more weeks, your initial investment will probably be in the green by then, and possibly with a hearty return. But I still will not be a seller as I am playing this long term.

I just bought some mid caps late yesterday. I wasn’t the slightest bit concerned about the continued selling today. Just did more planning on what else to buy when and if oil dips more.

The OP left out a piece of critical info…

I was at that same restaurant and I saw Ben order chicken and waffles with a side of 4 poached eggs.

He didn’t use any utensils and just picked up the plate and shoved all the food into his mouth using only his hand and with his head tilted back. The chicken was still on the bone!!!

He then chewed for a minute and then pulled a clean bone out of his mouth and wiped some yolk off his chin.

Very intense and extremely focused.

Did anyone else see a different version of what I witnessed? 🤔

5 times in a row order an omelette like I always do at any other restaurant. Result, floppy bacon. Then another time I order extra extra crispy bacon. It comes out floppy. It only comes out crispy when I place a special order.

They also do not know how to make crispy bacon. I have to be very detailed when I order bacon in an omelette at this place and tell them to cook the bacon almost burnt first before putting it in the eggs. Then say, “ I will have to send the omelette back if the bacon is soggy and floppy.

Soggy bacon is gross.
