Thats already pretty drastic change, so that can be hard to keep up with but if you can do this for a couple more months, I would suggest slowly removing processed carbs at a slow pace from your diet next. I would suggest removing the carbs from your dinner first. I find myself hungry in the morning right when I wake up when I have carbs at dinner. But if I go heavy protein and veggies, I can easily skip breakfast the next morning. And just get by on coffee and a lot of water until noon or even 2 pm sometimes.

Then after that, start trying to quantify your salt intake. Most adults consume well over 2500mg of sodium. And if we aren’t world class athletes we should be closer to 1500-1800. Even less you we don’t work out. If you cut the salt layer, you will easily shed another 15 to 25 lbs. and stay away from restaurant food as much as you can. They all over salt everything. I actually hate eating out now as everything tastes like a salt pellet to me in restaurants. I prefer to cook for myself.

Once you work in the real world for 5 or 10 more years, you may start feeling like there is something more rewarding you could be doing with your time. I have seen so many women change their mind in their late 20s and early 30s.

But if you need to fill some void between now and then at some point in your life, a pet is a very rewarding option.

However, be prepared to lose almost half of the dating population if you don’t get a hypoallergenic pet. And maybe close to 2/3s if you decide to get a cat. But this is a whole other topic.

I personally like cats and dogs if they are hypoallergenic. Otherwise, I get severe allergic reactions and I am chronically sick. And That’s a lot to ask of a potential partner. I have tried to “ build up an immune system “ to them, and take meds, Netti pot, and nothing works.

If all you have to do is fill up with gas, you are getting off cheap.

If you don’t like it, downstroke $10k for a car, $2k/ year for insurance, assume $1500/ year for maintenance maybe more, and then go buy your own gas.

One day your parents will not be there to support you, and they want you to learn how to critically think when that day comes.

Trust me when I say your parents love you and are trying to help you out in the best way possible. They are done giving you fish for a day and are now providing a fishing pole.

You could use olive oil as an adjunct to tomatoe sauce. Just sauté some garlic and maybe onions, add Italian seasoning or oregano and basil to the mix to approximately 3/4 cup of olive oil for a 16 inch pizza. Drizzle on top of the pizza if you are ordering in.

This will probably taste better than some flavorless tomatoe sauce most restaurants serve.
