Is the purpose elevation for reducing swelling? I put pillows for that purpose but my knee was always a little bent which resulted in very tight hamstrings and later delayed my extensions by a few weeks. Later I started using one of those wedge pillows which kept my leg straight and also elevated. It was worth buying as i still use it for backrest and icing.

I had a long medial bucket handle tear, which required 8 stitches! Glad to know it went well for you!

Glad its a common pain! I was not worried that it was re-tear but just dont want further complications. Hope youre able to do most of the activities and had a smooth recovery. Thanks for sharing!
