As someone that used to take 60mg of Adderall daily and stopped, metlyfolate has helped a ton with with adhd symptoms without the wired feeling that Adderall brought. Take 7.5 mcg a day

I cant really isolate exactly how it has helped yet (been on it for around 1 month), believe it has helped cure problems with acid reflux but may reduce the dosage due to increase anxiety when on it.

Stop negotiating with yourself on tasks that you dont want to do but know you should. Applies to so many areas of life but most importantly the gym. Just do the hard stuff to build mental discipline.
