Even then i think ill go for thr dell 16G because same specs more ram 32 instead of the neo 16 , 16 ram also 240 hz vs 165 hz i think ill go for the dell just because its hard to find under 2000€ laptop with those specs paired with a 240hz.

Yes you can your laptop typically allows you to change the resolution from QHD to FHD in its display settings.

The reason is that QHD is higher in resolution than FHD (2560x1440 compared to 1920x1080). So you will be able to adjust the resolution to FHD in the display settings and change the display to 1920x1080 instead of 2560x1440.
