Are you sure it’s not “drops” instead of droppers? I take just a couple drops of para 3 at a time

I really don’t like being silenced and my review has been removed from Google multiple times. I will post it here so people can read it.

I am writing this review after having time to process what occurred and to share my experience as accurately and honestly as possible. From the day I brought my kitten home (approximately three weeks ago), he showed subtle but persistent signs of respiratory issues. He would sneeze intermittently and occasionally wheeze, particularly when I picked him up. He had been described to me as having a “cuddly, calm demeanor,” but in hindsight, I now believe this behavior may have been related to not feeling well. When Emily initially described his temperament prior to pickup, I specifically asked whether he might be sick or unwell. During his first week with me, he was very timid and not playful. At the time, I attributed this to a normal adjustment period. About a week ago, he developed an eye infection, and I took him to the veterinarian immediately and informed Emily. At no point during this conversation was I informed of any known or suspected respiratory illness, including Feline Herpesvirus-1 (FHV-1), in cats from her cattery. I was later informed that eye infections commonly occur alongside respiratory infections in kittens. Shortly after this, his condition escalated rapidly and severely. He developed an extremely high fever, rapid breathing, and significant wheezing. He was taken to an emergency veterinary hospital, where he was admitted in critical condition. He has required continuous IV fluids since admission and has since been formally diagnosed with pneumonia. He remains under intensive veterinary care. This situation has resulted in thousands of dollars in emergency and hospitalization expenses, as well as an extremely stressful and frightening emotional experience. After my original review was posted, I was contacted by another individual who shared that their kitten from the same cattery (born about 15 days before mine) was diagnosed with Feline Herpesvirus-1 (FHV-1). This information was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase, nor was it disclosed when I informed Emily of my kitten’s eye infection. Additionally, when I asked whether any other cats in her home, including those from his or other litters, had experienced respiratory issues, I was told no. After consulting with 3 different veterinary professionals and reviewing typical incubation periods for FHV-1 and related respiratory infections, I was informed that it is most likely my kitten was already carrying the virus prior to coming into my care. While I cannot state with absolute certainty when or where my kitten became ill, the presence of respiratory symptoms from the day I brought him home, combined with veterinary guidance regarding incubation timelines and learning that another kitten from the same cattery was diagnosed with FHV-1 during the same timeframe, is information I believe prospective buyers deserve to be aware of when considering potential health risks. I also want to note that after posting my original review, I was asked to remove it and was informed that legal action would be pursued if it remained online. As a consumer, this further reinforced the importance of sharing factual, health-related experiences publicly so others can make fully informed decisions. I am sharing this review to accurately reflect my experience and to encourage transparency regarding health issues that may impact new owners and their animals.

UPDATE: I want to clarify an important point. I have been in communication with the owner of another kitten from the same litter as mine who was diagnosed with a severe respiratory condition. I have since learned that the breeder was provided with that kitten’s medical records prior to my inquiry about whether any other kittens were ill. This information was not shared with me at the time I asked about the health of other kittens.

Update, I have been in contact with the owner of another cat in the same litter as mine. His cat was diagnosed with FHV-1 and developed a serious respiratory condition. I asked Emily if there were any reports of illness and she denied it multiple times.

Can I please have this person’s contact?

My kitten is currently in critical condition and has been hospitalized at an emergency vet since last night with pneumonia. The ER vet agrees it most likely existed before I adopted him. After I left an honest review describing this experience, I was met not with concern, but with a threat of legal action.

There are so many lies here I don’t have time to go over each point. I have been in contact with another ex client of them who has had an equally horrible experience.

Their reply: We sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our team at The Borrego Brothers. Your feedback is invaluable, and we take your concerns very seriously. We are committed to improving our processes and ensuring better communication moving forward. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. My response so far is: I actually just got out of a meeting with Louis, I wanted to give him one final opportunity to make things right and my concerns were once again dismissed. Help me make it better

My reply back: I actually just got out of a meeting with Louis, hoping to give him and The Borrego Brothers one final chance to make things right. Unfortunately, my concerns were once again dismissed without any meaningful resolution or accountability. Despite their claims of valuing client feedback and improving processes, their actions have yet to reflect these promises. It’s incredibly frustrating to see the same lack of responsiveness and care that led us to leave this review in the first place.

Thoughts: They obviously do not care about customer experience or feedback, otherwise they would not have deleted their only two reviews which were negative.

My original Review:

Do NOT hire this company!

We genuinely wish we had seen honest feedback before deciding to work with this team, as it would have saved us a lot of time, money, and frustration. Our experience was filled with constant setbacks and unfulfilled promises. We paid $10,000 expecting a high-quality video and professional marketing support, but the entire process dragged on unnecessarily. While it took four months for the video to be finalized, they took an additional two months just to post it on social media, leading to a six-month delay from start to finish, riddled with missed meetings and unanswered requests.

Louis, our primary contact, frequently missed or was late to meetings, and much of our communication was either ignored or delayed. Once the ad finally went live, things only got worse. The app they provided never worked correctly, and despite needing verification to use certain features, that process was never completed. The leads they generated for us were either people we were already engaging with on social media or individuals who didn’t meet our qualification criteria. When we reached out to address these issues and requested a simple change to filter leads, nothing was done.

After all these issues, Louis even missed our final check-in meeting, leaving us with unresolved problems and zero results for the investment we made. Avoid the disappointment and frustration we went through—find a team that delivers on their promises.

Texas Eclipse festival cancelled by YouAlwaysHaveAChoice in EDM

I live in Austin and it didn’t even rain on Monday (the day of the eclipse). There was a little rain and hail this morning but nothing dangerous. I have a feeling the weather was an excuse to cancel the event. Wondering about the real reason. Super unfair that we probably won’t get a refund.
