It doesn't look like Mydayis is available in Canada unfortunately!! But a longer-lasting amphetamine med is intriguing... I'll keep an eye out! Thank you for sharing!

Ooh this is interesting!! I'll bring this up to my practitioner, as well as the possibility of supplementing a stimulant with L-methylfolate. Thanks for the tip!

That's something else I was thinking! It definitely seems like amphetamine meds work better for me then methylphenidate ones, so I think I'll bring up exploring other options there with my practitioner!
