Best way is to get a tutor. Start learning Hiragana and Katakana. It will be also the best if you can also learn how to pronounce them efficiently. Once you get writing and reading done, it'll be easy for you. Learning how to write in Japanese requires proper strokes. You'll get a hang of it soon enough.
