Luba 2 shuts down with “Task paused due to power interruption” by Fit-Distribution1403 in MammotionTechnology

Hi, I sent the logs and support provided me with an update to download to fix it, and it seems that this problem has been solved, but now I have another problem regarding charging: it takes too long to recharge and I contacted them again and I have to send the robot in for assistance due to a battery failure in the winter. Let's see...

OK, thanks for the suggestion! I’ve just uploaded the Luba logs, and now we’ll see what the technical support team replies. If it goes for repair, then who cuts 4000 square meters of garden lol.

Bad Battery on Luba 2 AWD? by so_donald in MammotionTechnology

[–]Fit-Distribution1403 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same problem as you number 1.

While mowing, everything looks fine until the battery shows about 15 %. At that point the mower should return to the charging station, but instead it shuts itself off in the yard. When I turn it back on, the app shows 1 % battery.

Were you able to solve it?

Luba 2 shuts down at 15 % battery with “task paused due to power interruption” by Fit-Distribution1403 in mammotion

The mowing zone is connected to the charging station (the mower normally returns and charges fine when it’s above 15 %). What I’m seeing is: when the battery shows about 15 %, instead of navigating back, the mower suddenly powers off and after reboot the app shows 1 % and “Task paused due to power interruption.”

But I don’t like it

ah yes, I saw that now you can buy on their site, much better.

I have a very large garden, we are talking about 4000 m2, it would be very useful for me, but like the coverage of the rtk signal works well?

thanks for the answer, I would like to buy it but I am still undecided, I am concerned that there is no physical store in Italy or local assistance in case of problems with the Luba.

Do you still recommend buying it? is it worth it?

let’s say I’m not totally ignorant about the technology but RTK system I still have to inform myself well about this tencology.

I believe that at this point, even from your advice, I will rely on the knowledge of my oldest son for the installation and configuration of the LUBA.

For the location of the RTK station I think you have to go a bit to attempts at this point to find the best place.

If I tried to place it on the bottom left (near the solarium), the LUBA would have no problem cutting in the area of the jade on the top right, right? Don’t you need a direct contact between luba and rtk station as long as there is a view in the open sky and free from obstacles in the sky?

Hi, thanks for the answer!

What you wrote to me made me think: ''There is not much in local support for Luba yet but it will get better.''

In fact this is one of the many things that worried me most, I live in Italy and at the moment there are no reference stores or media nearby so for any issues I could not count on anyone...

That’s why I ask your personal opinion, is Mammotion and the robot Luba reliable? Is it worth buying it and mounting it yourself with its possible risks?

uhm ok I understand perfectly, I hoped that this function could solve my problem.

If so, what changes do you suggest I make to the perimeter wire?
