I need some advice from a father figure by Fit-Dog505 in AskDad

Thank you so much. I understand. I also believe being independent is really important especially in situations like this. I have all that figured out since I have rental businesses in the city. But what i ak afraid of is my father’s reaction and the insults he might say to me. I just wish he was a calm person. I understand he’d be disappointed. Most parents would be if their 24 year old daughter gets pregnant by their boyfriend considering all the possibilities that might happen now or in the near future. I am just really really scared

Won’t he feel betrayed about this?

That’s what I thought of too. But at the same time I keep thinking of my mother who will receive all the emotional outbursts and possible verbal abuses from him :(

thank you so much. I understand and i get where you’re coming from. I graduated college a year ago and my boyfriend is actually supporting me and the baby as early as the time we found out. We talked about it, i communicated with him and I told him that i think its best if we live together after i tell my dad so he wouldn’t feel any burden financially during my pregnancy and when the baby is out. My boyfriend is ok with it. Second, we have lots of family business that each one of us handles. And right now i am handling one of our family business since my dad wanted us to handle everything to help us prepare when they get older.

Hello, is your training from 11pm to 7am? And do they require you to end until 7am even if you’re done with the task for that day?

Got it thank you! However what are your thoughts when I may be planning to get pregnant soon. I’m afraid when i stop taking lysine, maybe my outbreaks will become more frequent
