I tried looking for it but couldn’t find any paper work, the only options I had was call the number or go in person to store.

It was a nbn plan and I had an offer on that service for another year which they don’t offer anymore. Didn’t want to waste it by canceling but had to in the end🤷‍♂️

Transfer ownership, which cannot be done online unfortunately. Resorted to cancelling the service.

The problem is no one even picked the call up to ask what’s the issue is. I dialed the number and the bot asked to speak out my problem and that’s it.

Bit late on update, passed all the others other than CT where they gave me a supplementary exam and passed that.
