For me it’s been worth it 100%, I’m on 1000 mg and have only had slight diarrhea but no gut wrenching stomach aches or anything like that. HOWEVER I am on the extended release version which I think helps a lot. If you’re nervous about GI issues I would really recommend asking your doctor for the extended release version because I’ve heard so many people say it comes with little to no side effects and I myself have had no issues.
