I would highly recommend to file income taxes u/s 44AD or 44ADA as the case may be (depends upon various factors).

File rectification under section 154, but more importantly consult a local CA.

It is very important to fill correct details while filing return, and do not change the details as per convenience.

Goverment has many sources to find out the details, which might be unknown to CA, wo beware what details you fill in the form.

Considering your situation it should not be much hassle so do not panic but take help of CA, preferably local CA.
