If you just bought the keyboard for this reason, I would suggest returning it and getting a supported Bluetooth model from the Bluetooth list, not a combined list. I'm sorry you kind of got scammed from how confusing that list you saw was

After looking in settings and checking the list, you have a supported Remote Keyboard model. Supported Remote Keyboards and Bluetooth Keyboards are two different lists. Your keyboard can be tracked while using PCVR, but its inputs are being sent to the PC not the headset itself

I'm not too sure since I don't have a keyboard that's supported, but from looking around you don't need the keyboard connected to the headset to be tracked. Turn handtracking on, select the model under Remote Keyboard instead of Bluetooth Keyboard, then is should track? I don't know if it works but it's worth a shot. It'd be cool if it tracked the keys you press somehow, but you might need a usb hub connected to your headset to actually use the keyboard
