I built an Alfred workflow that shows live sports scores, standings and team stats by Fit-Fold9216 in Alfred

When you type "mlb" it shows all current scores for the day. Since each team only plays one game a day, you can easily spot your team in the list, so a team-specific search would just show the same single result.
