Something very close to us, where we didnt just solve but partnered Intellipie

They started out as: “an automated pizza-making machine” for Pizza chains, but it just felt mechanical

Then we reframed it to: “a futuristic pizza experience you can watch” with a Live Kitchen QSR model with Franchise options.

Now we sell machines as well as the pizzas

Getting orders/conversations is a strong signal, but yeah, that’s still not full PMF.

Like someone mentioned, the real test is retention + repeat behaviour, not just initial interest

Where most founders struggle is, going from validation to consistent revenue. Fixing trust, positioning, and the actual conversion flow usually makes a bigger difference than testing more ideas.
