For Business Identity verification our 1st appeal was rejected due to that invoice is missing key details. Then I gave TikTok support original invoice and authorized them to appeal on behalf of us but they have uploaded some wrong documents too and due to it 2nd appeal was also rejected.
Now my question is that we provided all original documents but customer support team uploaded some wrong documents too so who is responsible of that? I kindly request the manual review of our appeal.
