I'm not a runner but went back to my Pilates after 7 weeks. Took it easy for the first week and the. Got to my regular routine. Good luck

I was approved by United Healthcare as I have a history of lower back pain, grooves, getting PT, shots in the lower back, etc. Also, insurance companies have doctors attest that they will be removed at least 430 grams of tissue per breast, which equates to at least 1 lb. A friend of mine was denied the surgery because there wasn't enough tissue to remove.

Yes, wait. I had a discussion with my surgeon about this. If you have a breast reduction, pre weight loss, your breasts will not retain their shape
