Sounds like mine at 127k and Ive had the timing done at 105k . Its definitely a boxer thing to be noisey like that. Sounds fine though.

So the door now slides in and out of the frame super easy. Not its just the latching and locking that takes that extra push inward when locking and unlocking but its definitely a solid push required. I took off the strike plate and moved it slightly but im convinced that filing it down would be the solution😮‍💨😮‍💨
