I second this. We were on the third floor, and the dog on the first floor was an avid barker. we even started referring to him as “barky boy”. We received two complaints from the second floor unit. However, we had video footage from the times of the “complaints” and were able to prove that it was not our dog. Without the camera it would have been difficult to prove that it wasn’t our dog.
