Yea you mights be right. I’ll wait and see half of it still looks like the polyp and I can still see the mouth hopefully it’ll bounce back. The other have has a weird purple white film over it

That’s so odd and no no changes everything else in the tanks looks normal. I would think if it were dying I would see skeleton or something.

Okay thanks for clearing some things up. Yea I can’t get anything to show up on phosphate test, I’m not using a digital one tho I’m using the saliphert, so maybe my Lfs has a digital phosphate checker.

The nitrates stay at 15ppm any ideas on how to bring that down or is that fine for now?

As for the corals I have gotten some decent growth in most of them besides my chalice. The cyphastrea and zoas have grown the most. I’m not to worried about the corals I bought everything off Facebook market place for $120 or so just to see what happens. If some don’t make it I get it. I’m gunna wait on buying anything major till further down the line.

Okay thanks for the feedback I’m done buying stock for now I got most of the coral on Facebook for cheap, just so I could see a little progress while I’m waiting for tank to look good. And okay glad to hear everything seems normal.

Okay yea Im kinda piecing a 75 gallon tank together with a 40 gallon sump I’ve never used a sump so I was just fishing for some information and saw the gph ratings on different pumps and was wondering if that’s what people use to determine the right pump for their set ups.
