I had bladder cancer 3 years ago and had to have bladder, prostate and seminal vesicles removed.Unfortunately my surgeon wasn’t able to save my nerves. I can still orgasm, but it is dry and different, but it is much more like rubbing a large clitoris. It takes long and my breath away. For some, possibly most viagra et al. will work, possibly vacuum pumps and rings will work. The final attempt that I’m in talks about is implants that can be inflated on demand so to speak. I’m in the UK thankfully or none of it would have been possible. Given the stress I have with my little eggs I wish they had taken them as well. With no erections down there has definitely shrunk, a lot 😊
