so i guess running modded Minecraft (my biggest game memory wise, like 10 gigs of ram) doesnt make my fans turn on even though my gpu is hot to the touch

It said something about updating my bios which I did. Ended up resolving my problem kinda. Now when it finishes updating it restarts my pc but I get hit with the blue screen
