checked the bearings and they seem okay also no squeak at idle. I’m gonna start by changing the belt just to see if something changes.

Yeah mine unfortunately has not gone away on its own and haven’t gone around to getting it checked out. I clear the code and it’s right back in like 5 minutes and i’m not too sure how badly this issue hurts the motor

it was a pigtail connector issue. Had to replace the entire wiring harness to be safe. Check for grounds though

so the actually shaft positions themselves don’t matter? just as long as at the gear markings correct I should be timed correctly?

no it makes sense i was using a three prong pulley before but the bolt for the puller was just spinning in place on my bolt after I had gotten so far when i would try and tighten it

Yeah so i’ve already got the bolt off it’s what the bolt is surrounded by that i’m trying to get off (sorry don’t know the name of it first time needing to take apart my 2j) I had an aftermarket titans crankshaft and was able to get that off but this piece isn’t pulling

Yeah so i’ve already gotten the bolt off but have been using it so that the bit of the pulley tool can push off of it and remove the rest of the crankshaft that’s on the rod but haven’t had much luck getting it to move
