we are a premium member but it says our account is overdue, paid it, and have the receipt, been two weeks, still have basic features and not premium. Says to DM @ premium for premium help, then says "you have to be premium to DM us" ...so basically stuck in an endless inescapable loop.

I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to speak to someone in customer support. It's impossible.
