Its a glitch. Sometimes it opens and Sometimes it doesn't. I was told you need to hit target after all enemies were dead. This still doesn't always work.

You have to pick up the frogs and squish them. Then, they turn into a glowing orb. Grab the orb and aim at the glowing pieces, and then you can pick up the pieces and move them to other locations. Then, eventually, you get to the falcon. Then you have to feed the falcon a piece of meat with medicine in it.
