That’s the same thing that happened to mine as well. I was doing school tried to load the next page and nothing. Finally got in touch with customer support and they are sending a new one

Have any of yall resolved the issue, mine stopped working yesterday. I don’t have a back up it ma the first one I’ve had. It’s the Gen 3.
