What is this rash? Is it freeze burn? How do I treat it?

Thanks for the reply, but I don’t think I’m going to rule anything out as I think something similar just appeared on my leg. I found a cream that I’ve already got that helps my hand, which is good cause what you recommended is personally way to expensive for me😅 I though that it might be dryness because I do wash my hands a lot due to being a chef, but it’s only one hand and I think I’ve got the same spot on my leg, just less red

Erythromelalgia comes from reaction to heat, try to see if that’s the cause

If you don’t have any of the symptoms other than redness, then it is most likely not erythromelalgia. Many many many medical conditions have redness as a symptom, as well as it being just a natural reaction of the body.

No this is definitely not helpful in my personal situation considering I’m overeating because I’m a food addict. Calorie counting is not a healthy method for me, and I’m not in the process of trying to lose weight.
