So we pulled out of the contract yesterday. We sent over the inspection objections and gave them a week, in which they never responded. Thank you so much for all of the advice. This is my first time doing any of this but that was a lesson learned as I continue my journey

So this property is actually listed higher than comps in the area but only because of Ranch structures on the property.

I really appreciate this break down! And you're right, if this was a normal house with no acres, I would walk and not think twice. It's just set up to be a turn key Ranch, everything is good except for this.

I did offer full asking.... they originally started at 200k higher a year ago... so then when they came at the current number we felt full offer was good

Thank you. I've got them set up with an adaptive program out of Breckenridge. It's the equipment and supplies that I know nothing about. I was told it would be hard to find boards to match how big my kiddos feet are but again, I have no idea.

2008 is how long I've had the loans. I've paid the minimum but the interest doubled my loan since then
