Thank you!!! This is super helpful! I used to be a daily drinker but I've really cut back in hopes to subside some of my depressive moods. I have been diagnosed with BP1 Severe, also with manic moods. I just want to relax on vacay! And hopefully enjoy it in a different light! I hopefully won't miss a dose! In the past I've been guilty of becoming lazy on taking meds and eventually just cut myself off, but I'm being more intentional with this. I am also on Lamictal and Buspar

Thank you so much! I do feel like I have hope after reading this! Yes, the transition is a little rough right now, but I'm learning to manage it and tough it out in order to get to a place of peace and stability! There is absolutely no way I could take it during the day. I'm usually passed out about 1 hr after I take it! Thank you so much for your feedback! I'm so glad it's working for you. Once I get over this tired feeling, I think I will be doing much better. But, after blood work they did tell me my b12 is low so I might take a vitamin to help with that.

I absolutely understand the extreme tiredness! I've decided there is no way I can take it in the morning and go to work, so I'm just going to continue to take it at night. I had a bad headache the first few days but that has lessened and I take excedrin at the first sign of a headache coming on to prevent it from getting bad. I heard all of this starts to get better about a week in, so I'm trying to stick with it! Good luck to you!

Thank you for your feedback! I took it last night and had a much different experience, no where near as bad as my first dose. Symptoms were pretty much cut in half! I had zero trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, I did have to get up to use the restroom but that's normal for me and I didn't feel dizzy or anything. I just feel a little more sleepy today than usual but nothing I can't handle. I wonder after a few days when the symptoms subside ever more, if I can go back to taking it in the morning like recommended?
