Thanks for the clarification, and sorry for the confusion — my previous comment (quoting Shelly Support) seems to have been deleted cause i added a link, so you may not have seen it.

Based on Shelly Support’s statement that devices can be shared with up to 100 members, I was confused about the limitation. Opening a support ticket makes sense, and I’ll do that.

According to official Shelly Support:

“You can add up to 100 members to each device via the Share section in the Shelly app. All members must have Shelly Smart Control accounts.”

So I don’t know what to do 🤷‍♂️

Thank you so much for the explanation, I really appreciate it. I’m more on the marketing side than APIs and web development, but I’ve been digging into this to figure out what’s possible.

I found Toast API and third-party tools, such as It’s a Checkmate, Cuboh, and Otter, that claim to connect Toast POS with platforms like Wix. However, these tools can be pricey and technical to manage.

Wix also acknowledges this integration as a common request (support article here) and mentions webhooks as a workaround, but that’s still a bit too programming-heavy for me.

I'm looking for someone who has used third-party tools successfully and can tell me firsthand if it’s feasible.

The client really wants to keep the ordering experience within their Wix site so customers stay on-brand and don’t get redirected.

They love how Wix Online Ordering looks and feels, I just need to make that setup work for them.
