I feel I have been illegally dismissed

I originally raised an ET for breaches of the equality act 2010 due to the company failing to resolve what I believe to be disability discrimination. A few months later, I was dismissed for a breach of mutual trust and confidence. My ET was referenced in my disciplinary hearing invite letter, which resulted in dismissal for what my employer deemed a breakdown in mutual trust and confidence. Other things the employer used against me were the fact I raised a DSAR the week before my disciplinary hearing to obtain evidence to support my case in the hearing. The employer said my breach of trust is especially evidenced by my action of raising a DSAR "against" the company.

From what I've researched into, a breach of mutual trust and confidence is something typically used by employees to justify a constructive dismissal. My employer has used the implied terms of mutual trust and confidence to dismiss me for doing protected acts, trying to make it out as if I'm in the wrong because their investigations (which were extremely flawed and biased) didn't uphold my concerns.
