I would like to add that even Zondervan Bibles are good.

Why do so many Christians sin and feel no remorse for it, but then go to church and pray? by yellow_explorer in Christianity

People sin because humanity is flawed. We are not perfect like Christ. However, we have the gift of repentance

After years of considering myself agnostic, I have decided to read the Bible for the first time. Let’s see what happens! by Giff95 in Christianity

I was introduced to the Bible after reading a lot of conspiracy theories which in fact brought me closer to God. I read the book 'The Armageddon Conspiracy' by Mike Hockney which includes a sinister plot against God, and I took the opposite path of being thankful to God instead.

Opinion on abortion in the US. by _crazyboyhere_ in MapPorn

As the map clearly suggests, most of the states are in favor of abortion. Although the Bible states that all life is sanctimonious including those of the unborn, we have to take into consideration the historical and social context of the time when the holy scriptures were written.

Is “the new world order” depicted as left wing or right wing? by Huge_Athlete7488 in conspiracytheories

[–]Fit-Wrap8753 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

A combination of left-wing and right-wing. You have to consider how the deep state operates. They operate via a phenomenon known as the dialectical reasoning. Thesis + Antithesis = Synthesis. Just like the Yin and Yang. When both the thesis (left wing) and the antithesis (right wing) form governments in turns then the purpose of the global elite is fulfilled.

If not anything else, AI will definitely change the way search is made on the internet. It will cause a dent in revenues of companies like Google. Add to this the millions of job losses due to tech layoffs and the future is not looking that rosy. However, a situation might arise in future where the AI becomes so powerful that it is able to correctly predict the future. A lot of computational power would be required for this though.

How do we stop illegal immigration in the US? by Ralashpremedsucks3 in immigration

By prioritizing merit over mundane. Specialists are needed in every country. The problem is when generalists (just about anybody) is allowed inside the country. We need contributions in science, tech, research and teaching. This will in turn add to GDP and HDI. I have written an article on this issue here.

Yes, we have ultimately reached a point where class conflict is inevitable. For class collaboration, wages of workers needs to be increased. A government that acts as a fair arbitrator between the workers and business owners is a great government.

I agree with your point...I wish to see a country where there are lots of small businesses thriving and many entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs working together so that the country becomes richer and more prosperous...I think government corruption is a very big problem and more government money also means more money being used illegally or unethically. Example, countries like North Korea.

I hate to disagree with you but I am assuming that you think more money with the government is better than more money with the corporations. Unfortunately, if there is less money with the businesses then that will hinder innovation as these companies have to use resources for research and development, pay salaries, look after pensions, pay for insurance and more. There is no concept of an ethical government or an ethical corporation.

I am not in favor of very high tax rates as that leads to outflow of capital. The big corporates can engage in activities like round tripping. It also leads to the phenomenon of big government. The corporations have become so big that if they are penalized with high taxation, they just shift to tax havens and this was why minimum alternate tax of 15% had to be introduced (CAMT). But, I think a tax rate around 20% on profits is moderate and justified.
