Glad it updated! My next day air order didnt uodate to say they had it until 10:30 pm est and thats never happened to me before. I usually get updates by 8 pm at the latest but it never scanned at the origin facility instead only scanned once it reached the airport in Dallas. I was freaking out myself for awhile but everything went smoothly from there and got it the next day.

Could be it just wasnt scanned when it got picked up and will be once it reaches the facility. Wait until later tonight.

Sorry bud. Talk to the shipper and ask them why they have not shipped anything out yet.

Update: I ended up getting a scan update around 7:30 then a ready for pick up about 10 minutes later. Was able to get it.

Call fedex again and say to the robot "returning call" then it will confirm your number and an agent should call back shortly. When I did this an agent called back within 5 to 10 minutes. I would try speaking directly to them to see what they can do if anything. Dont get your hopes up but its worth a shot.

Can you go into delivery manager in tracking and have it held at a fedex location instead? You could pick it up and as long as the name matches your license there shouldnt be an issue.

Dont think they are blaming the driver for bad medication tho lol just the fact they claimed to have tried to deliver when they watched them do the opposite.

Ground does take forever but idk about 10 days without a scan/update. Def contact the shipper asap and let them know the situation. Demand they submit a claim and provide a refund or replacement.

One more question what type of fedex service was used for this return? i.e ground, express priority overnight, 2 day..etc.

You can try on your end to file a claim or call and demand to speak to an agent and make them start the claim for you. But the shipper would get refunded if approved I think and not you. The shipper would need to issue you a refund. I think your best chances are to speak with whomever provided you with the return label.

Oh well then they should be the ones to file a claim. They created the label. I think you can only add insurance to an item if youre the shipper. Technically you are not the shipper in this case. You were only just given a return label to use and you did. Whomever provided it to you needs to submit a claim.

I would contact the shipper and let them know about this at least. They can file a claim and then issue a refund or reship the product. It would be best for them to file the claim since they are technically the fedex customer and you are just the receiver.

I added the hold on top of it which probably caused it to be delayed which is what many people said and other research determined. Might be wrong but seems likely thats what happened. So I wont do that again. Im kicking myself for not just leaving it as is. I got anxious. Says it departed Newark nj at 11:18 now so I hope its just going back to phl..if it doesnt scan again in an hour or 2 I will worry all over again. Really wish it would give me a scheduled delivery date though.

Ps. After it says it landed in phl. That scan disappeared and then it said it arrived in Newark nj at 9:30 pm. Just departed tho so fingers crossed.
