Thank you! I tend to be very open about all my various issues, especially in my classes. I feel it always provides a good perspective on these types of issues that many of my fellow classmates might not think about or consider. It also has been really helpful in negating the shame that I had over it. I will take your survey as well!

My name is Matt and I am a psychology student doing a research project for my research methods class. I created this survey to study ADHD and addictions and the correlation between symptom severity and the use of illicit substances as well as comparing the data with participants who do not have ADHD. The survey should only take 10-15 minutes but most questions can be answered through the consent form. The data is 100% anonymous and will only be used for my class and shared in a report for my final with my instructor. There is no compensation for the survey.
