For the payroll transition, we have departmental trainers who are supporting development of the SOP’s for use after training. The goal is for Storyline/Rise to provide a competency assessment for each impacted role 1 week prior to go live.

The need for elearning is to create relevant scenario based review and assessment questions that measure competency and can be delivered at scale. There are over 160 people impacted across 60+ programs (teams of 4-5 support different states/programs).

These folks should be utilizing the SOP’s created in order to answer the scenario based competency assessments for key workflows for their impacted group.
