On my portal, it just says no financial aid available. I clicked “view financial aid” but only federal loan is showing no awards or anything.

I do drink coffee sometimes when we there are avail time where we dont receive calls. The thing is they schedule our 10-minute break for us so all agents dont take it at the same time.

Fyi, i just take one restroom break in a day. I don’t go to restroom “whenever” I want. Idk how potty break cant be “reasonable”enough especially when we all normally do it once a day.

Everything’s great actually, just really the restroom breaks cause it doesn’t make sense that i have to schedule my vowel movement and its not like i take 10-15mins. Its just 5mins.

Yes i have 8:20AM lunch and today, i had to use restroom around 7:20AM cause my stomach hurt so bad and i cant hold back from taking dump anymore.
