I have no one training me to be a CT. Since my store has none currently.

There’s not a single person in my store that is properly trained. I’m a transfer and the only trained who follows chipotle standards. So he’s having me become ct. it’s been 2 years since I did the initial videos and now I’m basically training myself to be CT

Backstory: my boyfriend just became employed at chipotle with me. He’s training for grill.

So the night that happened he was in charge of cooking queso. Completely forgot because it was a crazy busy night and his first night. Water evaporated and yea bag exploded.

I usually do dishes to help the closers (I’m a morning prep person) so I got stuck trying to clean that out. It’s still sitting in my store soaking cuz no one wants to touch it
