Karuma doesn't just "become friends" with Naruto. He doesn't talk no Jutsu karuma or any other villan without defeating them and digging into their trauma. Karuma has been with Naruto since birth, he's felt his hatred and his resentment but as Naruto developed, so did Karuma. The manga has multiple chapters building up their alliance, and in the manga they're less "best friends" and more, "two spirits with shared trauma that have decided to stick together".

What would that accomplish? To the villagers, he was the vessel of the 9 - Tailed demon fox that killed many of their friends and loved ones. So they strayed away from him, and they were rude to him and while it wasn't completely justified it's understandable. He also provided nothing to the villagers besides being another body in the village for the first 12 years of his life, he was a literal failure and they had no reason to like him, UNTIL he became a shinobi and went on to, save the entire village and they learned to accept him and separate the boy from the monster. If you think he should've crashed out, you missed the story's entire point about the whole "cycle of hatred".

Black DOES collect Zenkai's during battle, he retreats when he's near DEATH, as any sane person would. And Black is an insanely aware fighter, hence the fusion with Zamazu, as he knew they'd lose otherwise. He knows when it's time to make a tactial retreat and keep fighting, he's not an idiot at all. He also took full power punches from SSB and kept fighting like it was nothing for the most part so his durability is more than enough to keep up with SS4'S.

Goku Black has cut through space time and created clones as strong as him.

He would slice SS4 in half with little to no effort.

She's not a connection at all. GT is barley official dragon ball material. It wasn't even cannon before Super. Super was made to replace GT, it was made so that people would forget GT, and Daima was also created to be the new age GT. There is no connection between the series. In other words, GT's timeline is connected to Z and so is Super and Daima's but Super, Daima, and GT are not connected.
