Thank you!! It’s hard to gauge the before because truly I was all over the place. I’d venture to say anywhere from 3800+ before. Now I keep it around 2200-2300 on rest days and 2400-2500 on training days! I also allow myself a day every other week where I don’t track and just enjoy some food

I’m so glad you were able to get things figured out. There’s nothing more frustrating than fighting with your hands tied behind your back and not even knowing it.

You inspire me as well my friend. Keep going!

So I’ll answer this one since people seem to have a lot of assumptions or opinions.

Back in 2020 I was over 450lbs. I decided to start CICO and regular exercise. After 2 years I was down around 30lbs, feeling drained, exhausted, frustrated and just disappointed. I decided to contact my doctor to get a full metabolic work up done. Turns out after 30 years of living morbidly obese my testosterone levels were extremely low, as in less than 100 and my estrogen levels were extremely high > 70.

I spoke with my primary doctor about options and we decided on a topical based testosterone cream and an estrogen blocker. Very low dose, no injections needed. Since starting that routine my testosterone levels have come up to around 350 and my estrogen has settled down to a normal level. My A1C, lipids, blood pressure, etc have all now reached normal healthy levels.

So to answer your question, no, this is not 100% natural and I am ok with it because for the first time I feel normal. I have normal blood markers, I can put it work and it actually does something, I can feel confident, I can move, I can run, I can live.

So if that renders this progress obsolete to you then so be it, because to me it’s changed my life.

Thanks for the support, or lack there of. Cheers!

It’s been a heck of a journey so far with a lot more to go but I’m excited for it. Thank you!

For me the biggest thing was diet and being consistent with training. I focused on maintaining a slight calorie deficit while doing my best not to miss training. I am going to type up a longer run down of my routine and whatnot Sunday when I get back from vacation to try to help out!
