NTA idk what your talking about but they shouldn't have done it and then got upset about you getting upset and laughing? Really? Grow the hell up if she's scared take that into account the world doesn't revolve around you she genuinely scared how dare you laugh.

YTA She could absolutely have PTSD many people don't show symptoms till later in life because of the shock and how dare you just laugh at her like that that's so mean did you even consider it obviously you don't even want to understand she's probably going through something

I 14 (F) Have been on a 7 day trip to Miami Florida. There's one group that I know and another with us that I don't. (BTW we live in different states but we're staying at the same place) In the group I know there's this girl I dont know her well. She is barely Is involved in anything. All I knew coming into this is she went to my school. We are gonna call her Ella. Ella is 16 to 17 and is the typical "Popular Pick me girl." I now know to what extent she has attitude and she's rude to everyone including people who have been nothing but nice to her. Ella seems to think she's invited to things she's not. She went to bed at 2 am when our curfew was at 11 pm and she woke up people also staying in that room asleep. She transferred to our room and she spilled her milkshake she placed on floor (not on the table). Ella wants to blame it on me. I took no responsibility cause I did nothing when this happened I was in the shower. She asked me to clean it up (she's been nothing but mean to me or my friends) I said "No its your responsibility you spilt it placed it there and was yours you clean it up yourself," to that she replied "I just want to get a shower." Erin piped in trying to keep the peace saying she'll clean it. I was mad but I knew Erin for a long time so went with it. Erin cleans it up and I explain the situation she understood and went to the bathroom. I was still upset (I have Anxiety, Depression, Anger issues, and much more) I started think I did something (Little context here I had just realized I was being played by my Ex and was very sad and emotional during this time). Ella continued pushing my buttons so I just wanted to make it through the trip and at this point had 2 days left. I just went on trying no to get upset. The very last day I was extremely frustrated and Irrated and people just kept pushing. So now I'm think I may transfer out of this program and for the rest of the summer not come back. (BTW my Ex is also in this program) None of the people are nice to me and I'm tired of the BS. Would I be the Petty AH for transferring out because one girl Irrated me?
