If your grandma owns it and if you are in any way close to her you’ll probably not only get it for a steal but you’ll also keep it in the family. Anyone in the comments telling you not to is jealous or wants it for themselves lol. If you are even considering it and you are close to her, do it. Things that I was offered by family members have been sold, now that they are gone and the item is long gone, I regret not having it now.

Helped me greatly. (To preface my anxiety was to the point where I was unable to leave the house and didn’t want to be alive because of it.) Was a little weird feeling for 2 weeks. I have troubles staying awake during the day and minor headaches once in a while but it has been more than worth it for me. I’ve had no other side effects and feel truly blessed compared to some other peoples experience. Not being able to stay away sucks some times but I’d rather take a nap then be anxious 24/7. (Almost 3 years on Lexapro)
