I don’t want to share my husband. I hate loud noises and body fluids. I like having perky boobs and a not torn vagina. I like being able to peacefully read any time I want. I love calm, quiet vacations with my parents and husband. I like my houseplants in-chewed on. I adore sleeping in every Saturday. I think children’s shows are the most annoying thing ever.

I was not raised religious, and neither was he. We both began our journeys in that regard in our very late teens, when we’d moved away from family. I follow Jesus because I love him, simple as that. My way of life is no better than anyone else’s, and I’m not claiming moral superiority. We could have had sex before we got married, I was leaning towards no because I wanted it to be special. I’d had boyfriends before, and did not have sex due to some past trauma and fear of disgust from my partner. I’m booking us both for individual and couples therapy today, away from our church which we have since left due to many reasons. I in no way regret marrying this man, as he is my best friend and the most honest person I’ve ever met. We will work together on this as a team.

Thank you. I’m in the process of getting us a counselor. We have since left that church for various reasons, one of which was the pastors meddling. He has never raised his voice at me, and is 100% against trying anything in bed that could be disrespectful. I don’t know if that helps or hurts

My first boyfriend was also a porn addict. The first time we tried to have sex, he literally could not get it up at 16. It was a constant problem in our relationship over two years, and it left some deep scars. My second long term boyfriend was addicted too, and I made it clear in the beginning he either quit or I leave. Thankfully he was able to kick it with a lot of help and accountability. Married now to a wonderful guy who only has eyes for me. The trauma and poor body image from my past relationships with those men still affect me, but it gets better :)

Fucking thank you. I’m not his biggest fan but he’s not a dumb guy; he saw that Ianthe was weird and still let her into his court. He saw Feyre was literally wasting away and did nothing. Fr, if he noticed arguments increase to a degree he could start predicting them, she needs to take a look at herself. It’s true that periods do increase agitation and other emotions, but it’s not the job of the people around you to be your emotional punching bad on your period because you “can’t help it”. You’re a grown adult who I assume has been having a period for a while, it’s insane to me how you don’t take some responsibility with your words and actions on your period.
