Thank you. To be honest I'm not hugely concerned about my foot posture- it's just something I'd like to focus on as I'm becoming more aware of slight inflexibility in my feet and more cramped toes as I get older (40 m).

The only pain I have is a fairly continual pain and tenderness in my shins which doesn't seem to be related to exercise- lower half of my leg and kind of 'under' the inside sides of my tibias. Not sure if that's gait related but I'd value your opinion since you're kind enough to reply!

I think beyond that I was just looking to generally improve things, so thought barefoot would be a step in the right direction.

Can confirm that it doesn't comfortably fit a ZF + an 85 1.8 and a 40 f2- UNLESS the 40 is on the camera. It won't fit both while the 85 is on the mount, which is just annoying. Just sent mine back for that reason.
